Nyck de Vries tests Mercedes Formula E car amid driver speculation!
Dutch Formula 2 star Nyck de Vries has tested Mercedes' Formula E car ahead of the new season as the team wait to announce their drivers for their first full season in the all-electric series. De Vries currently leads the F2 championship by 30 points ahead of Williams reserve driver Nicholas Latifi, but is without an obvious team to join in F1. Despite the testing the 24-year old has done for the team, Mercedes Formula E team boss Ian James denied that he was set for a drive with the team.
