Lance Stroll says he deserved the same penalty as Sebastian Vettel

Racing Point's Lance Stroll says he should have been given the same penalty as Sebastian Vettel for rejoining the circuit in an unsafe manner. Vettel spun during the Italian Grand Prix and as he rejoined the circuit, he hit Stroll's rear-tyre with his front-wing, causing the Canadian to spin too.  Vettel was given a 10-second stop and go penalty, which barring disqualification, is the harshest penalty available to the stewards. Stroll then rejoined unsafely too, forcing Toro Rosso's Pierre Gasly to take to the gravel to avoid a collision, but was only given a drive-through penalty.
