Lewis Hamilton: 'There are three teams that can all win the Japanese Grand Prix'

Lewis Hamilton is looking forward to the Japanese Grand Prix and hopes that the racing will be competitive at the top end of the grid. Ferrari have been fast recently but Mercedes got back to winning ways last time out in Russia.
