Hamilton says in cryptic social media post he is 'giving up'

Lewis Hamilton has posted a cryptic social media message on his Instagram, saying he is ready to “give up” on something which he doesn’t elaborate on. The Brit is coming off a relatively disappointing Japanese Grand Prix in which he finished third, but there is no evidence to suggest his message to his followers is anything to do with Formula 1.
