Hamilton tells Mercedes: A change could be good

Lewis Hamilton says "change is sometimes a good thing" amid reports that both he and Toto Wolff could depart Mercedes at the end of 2020. Hamilton has been strongly linked with a move to Ferrari, while Wolff is reportedly thought of as a candidate to take over Chase Carey's role as CEO of F1.
