Ferrari chief executive plays down Hamilton move

For weeks, Lewis Hamilton has been linked with a switch to Ferrari but the Italian team's chief executive has played down the reported talks between Hamilton and the Ferrari chairman. In 2019, Hamilton won his sixth Formula 1 World Championship with eleven wins and his highest points tally of any of his Drivers' Championship wins. It was also a fifth with Mercedes and the Brit will be targeting a record-equalling seventh title in 2020. Despite Hamilton seeming very happy at Mercedes, he has been consistently linked with a switch to Ferrari over the last few months.
