Binotto targeting more women in the Ferrari driver academy

Mattia Binotto has insisted it is important that women are apart of the Ferrari driver academy with the Ferrari boss admitting it is important the team are looking to be stronger in the long term. Susie Wolff was the last female to participate in a Grand Prix weekend when she drove in free practise at the British Grand Prix.  The likes of Mick Schumacher and Giuliano Alesi are currently in the setup but there are no female drivers.
