Carey: No-one can be certain when we can race again

Formula 1 chief Chase Carey and his team are committed to the 2020 F1 World Championship happening at some point but warns that all hinges on the uncertainty that COVID-19 has in store for the planet as right now everything is on pause and virtual lockdown. The following was posted on the official F1 website: Over the past week, Formula 1, the ten F1 teams and the FIA have come together and taken rapid, decisive action as part of our initial response to the COVID-19 pandemic. While at present no-one can be certain of exactly when the situation will improve, it will improve and when it does, we will be ready to go racing again.
