Vettel: I have faith, it can't get much worse

Sebastian Vettel has vowed that he and Ferrari will now throw in the towel amid his current rut, in the wake of another lacklustre display at Silverstone. Vettel scored just one point across the pair of events at Silverstone and has taken a best finish of sixth this year, in Hungary, to sit a lowly 13th in the standings. Vettel spun at the start of the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix, dropping to the rear of the field, and recovered only to 12th, having queried Ferrari’s strategy both during the race and in the immediate aftermath.
