Formula One confirms multiple deals in the Asian market
Ahead of the Turkish Grand Prix, Formula One has confirmed that it has agreed deals with multiple broadcast partners in Asia until the end of the 2022 season. It was previously announced that Fox Sports channels would cease operations in the Asian region on October 1, 2021, meaning that SkyCable, all pay-TV and cable operators in the country will no longer be able to offer these channels. Formula One’s new deal means that fans in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam and Myanmar can continue to follow the remaining seven rounds of the current 2021 season, and follow every race in 2022.
