Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto was left confused as to the speed of Mercedes’ turnaround of an additional floor stay ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix. The FIA passed a technical directive (TD) ahead of the weekend that was designed to limit “porpoising” and bouncing for safety reasons.
