FIA bias called into question after George Russell escapes penalty points

Some members of the Formula 1 fanbase are wondering why George Russell was not penalised for his collision with Mick Schumacher at the 2022 Singapore Grand Prix. Nicholas Latifi and Sergio Perez both had penalty points added to their respective licenses after incidents during the race. Perez was caught making an error on a Safety Car restart when he fell more than 10 car lengths back, before speeding up excessively and slowing again in the final sector. He was reprimanded for one, and given a five second penalty for the other but, because he won the race by 7.5 seconds from Charles Leclerc, he kept the victory.
