Ferrari told to replace Mattia Binotto with a non-Italian for this reason

Ferrari have officially begun the search for yet another team principal, with Mattia Binotto's resignation from the team having been announced earlier in the week on Tuesday morning. Binotto's reign as Ferrari boss will conclude at the end of the year, marking a sad end to his 28-year relationship with the Maranello-based team. The Italian joined Ferrari as an intern originally in 1995, before working his way through the ranks at Maranello.
