Hamilton gives encouraging speech: We could've easily given up

Toto Wolff described the year as "character building" for the team after they finished in third place in the championship, their worst result since sixth in 2012. Lewis Hamilton has offered some words of encouragement for the team in their factory at Brackley in the UK, saying how they could have easily "given up" and made it a winless year but pushed through to salvage some success.
