'Not Verstappen, but this driver is going to win the Monaco Grand Prix'

Max Verstappen is the big favourite to win the Monaco Grand Prix. The Dutchman is first in the championship, and after Miami he seems unbeatable. Yet Ted Kravitz does not think it will be Verstappen who takes victory in Monaco.
