Ferrari turn their attention to 2024 car after poaching more Red Bull engineers

Ferrari's hopes of challenging for the championship appear to have already switched to 2024, with the Italians working tirelessly to ensure that they have the right personnel in place well ahead of next season. Team principal Frederic Vasseur is beginning to fit the pieces in his personnel puzzle, following the reported arrival of two Red Bull employees. Vasseur is seemingly not playing any games when it comes to getting the right people through the door, with the Frenchman knowing that in order for Ferrari to return to winning ways, they need to be a well-oiled machine both on and off the circuit.
