Sargeant learning how to not let busy F1 schedule become 'mentally draining'
Article To news overview © XPBimages Logan Sargeant had admitted that he is still getting to grips with the intense Formula 1 lifestyle after his first six races. The Williams driver says he had needed to adjust in order to stop it becoming "mentally draining" on him, due to the amount of commitments in his busy schedule. "It's a busy schedule, a lot of marketing, a lot of media, a lot of commitments, a lot of time on the sim. So you don't get much time to yourself," he told the Beyond the Grid podcast. "I'm learning how to do all that, and not let it mentally drain me as much. Also to have time to hang out with some friends and go play golf on the weekend."...
