Steiner summoned to FIA stewards
Article To news overview © RN365/Michael Potts Haas Team Principal Guenther Steiner has been summoned to see the FIA stewards on Saturday afternoon at Barcelona. The Italian had blasted the quality of stewarding at last weekend's Monaco Grand Prix, after Nico Hulkenberg was penalised for his move on Logan Sargeant at the start of the race. Steiner claimed there were inconsistencies in how penalties were applied, and suggested that F1 needed professional stewards, instead of the current system whereby F1 rotates between different stewards each race weekend.
