Daniel Ricciardo lucky avoids barriers after early spin in FP1
Daniel Ricciardo hasn't started the Belgian Grand Prix weekend on the best foot. The Australian driver spun on one of his first laps of FP1. Fortunately, he managed to avoid hitting the barriers, and the flat spot wasn't bad enough for him to require a pitstop. The VCARB driver wants to have a perfect weekend to help score as many points as possible for the team while ensuring he throws his hat in the ring should Red Bull think about removing Sergio Perez.
