How can Colapinto get F1 super licence despite different results

Franco Colapinto will replace Logan Sargeant at Williams, starting from the Italian GP in Monza. The Argentine started this season in Formula 2. Calculations show that in the amount of points he is actually short of a Formula 1 super licence. Nevertheless, Colapinto does get one, you can find out here why that is the case.
