Stroll reveals Adrian Newey's exact role at Aston Martin
After Aston Martin confirmed former Red Bull star designer Adrian Newey as its latest recruit, the British team's owner Lawrence Stroll has revealed that the engineer will work on a full-time basis. Adrian Newey announced his departure from Red Bull on the 1st of May. Since then, he has been linked to multiple teams, including Aston Martin, Ferrari, Williams, Alpine McLaren and Mercedes. Aston Martin finally ended the speculations on Tuesday, confirming that the star designer has committed his long-term future to the Silverstone-based Formula One outfit, with the British engineer set to join the team next March.
