FIA statement: Why the Brazilian Grand Prix start time has changed

The FIA have explained the decision to drastically change the schedule for the Brazilian Grand Prix weekend. The start time for the Brazilian Grand Prix is much earlier in the day. Qualifying is also scheduled to take place. This is due to start at 7:30am local time, which is 10:30am in the United Kingdom.
