Rwanda makes power bid for Formula 1 to return to Africa
Rwandan president Paul Kagame announced his country's bid for a Grand Prix ahead of the FIA awards ceremony, in the capital Kigali, that will hand the Formula 1 World Champion's trophy to Max Verstappen for a fourth year in a row.
