'Once again a Formula One team steps into WEC and IMSA with a hypercar'

The World Endurance Championship (WEC) continues to grow in popularity. Major manufacturers, such as Ferrari, Peugeot, BMW, Alpine and Aston Martin, have already entered the premier hypercar class, or will soon do so. McLaren too is reportedly planning to enter endurance racing with its so-called prototypes in the near future.
