Former Mercedes driver joins Aston Martin as simulator driver
F1 Grand Prix, GP United States, Circuit of The Americas Aston Martin has announced that former Mercedes sportcar driver Daniel Juncadella will join the Silverstone-based outfit as a simulator driver from 2025 onwards. The 33-year-old has extensive experience in single-seaters and sportscars, where he has most recently competed for TF Sport in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). He has already commenced his simulator duties in Silverstone, completing his first session at the season-closing Abu Dhabi Grand Prix when he supported the British outfit from the AMR Technology Campus.
