Verstappen in Top 20 highest sports earners, Hamilton not far off

Max Verstappen is ranked P17 of the top-earning sportsmen of 2025 in the annual Forbes Top 50 list, with fellow Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton P21. According to Forbes, soccer superstar Ronaldo banked a whopping $260-million, with golfer Jon Rahm next up at $ 218 million and Lionel Messi at $135-million.
