Red Bull Claim Sergio Perez's Failure Will Help Max Verstappen in 2025
Red Bull’s technical director Pierre Waché has discussed the potential benefits of the team’s extra wind tunnel runs for the 2025 season, which they earned by finishing third in the Constructors’ Championship. This advantage could prove crucial in developing their car for the upcoming season, but Waché is careful not to underestimate the challenge. Maximizing the Advantage Aerodynamic testing restrictions (ATR) give the lowest-performing team more wind tunnel time, and with Red Bull allowed 96 more runs than McLaren in the first half of 2025, they have an opportunity to refine their car.
