Horner praises Verstappen for Imola first corner ‘win it or bin it’ move

© XPB  Michael Delaney 19/05/2025 at 09:4719/05/2025 at 09:45 Red Bull team principal Christian Horner praised Max Verstappen for his fearless first-lap move on McLaren’s Oscar Piastri at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, calling it a no-compromise, “win it or bin it” overtake that ultimately paved the way for the Dutchman’s unexpected victory. Verstappen, starting from second on the grid, launched a daring attack around the outside of pole-sitter Piastri into Turn 1.
