It's Not Easy Being Green

So then, how green are you? There was a debate, in a dark recess of the forum, about global warming a while back, and a good many of the forum regulars waxed sage on the doom that must surely befall us. I recall there was a good deal of - to paraphrase Mr Gilmour - "why should I try to see the other side when I know mine is right" going on. And I wondered. And then wondered again for a bit. How are the doomsayers doing their bit? What eco friendly lifestyle have they adopted in order to save the planet? Are they yet carving their own shoes from sustainably produced guano? I invite responses.
Go on. Amaze me.

I have adopted a policy of silence and shallow breathing. The former to decrease CO2 emissions from my wife yelling at me and the latter to decrease my own carbon footprint.

I would imagine that it's hard for them to comment when more and more scientists (those not tied to political grants, that is) are finding the courage to debunk the 'man-made global warming' theories. It's hard to remain vocal when you look around and all you see supporting your 'side' are politicians.
