So. Last blog of the year. A start of a new decade.
Jeepers. 2009 has been one hell of a test for me.
I guess that its all part of the grand design for life. You live you learn as they say. Pretty much every single month has been a challenge in itself. But things in my life are really looking up.
I'm starting my dream career on Tuesday. My studies are going amazingly well and I am too far ahead of myself. I scored 100% in my year end exam, and got offered a trainee position in the research history field. This means I get to still complete my 2.1 and work in the job of a lifetime. At least for me. I aim to become top of my field. In this job, I will probably be on TV at some point as the company I'm working for do TV. My ambition is in 5 years to be recognised as a force, and I know I can do it. Hard work never killed anybody.
I'm over the ex. Well and truly. Wasn't worth the tears, stress or stupidity. I now know what its all about, thank you to one person. Makes me happy. Really happy.
Like I said, many challenges and obstacles have been thrown my way. I've held a baseball bat and hit them out of the pballpark. (See, I can do American) -the ex, health issues, etc. If you're going to live, take life by the balls and ssqueeze the hell out of them.
2010. Brings more challenges, but also more direction. More ambition. More MONEY!!!!
Wishing you all a prosperous one. Live, love, learn, life.
I know this is not the most groundbreaking blog you've ever read but it is 4.20am. Give me a break.
