This harkens back to the days of Xylene Chartpak AD markers. Got you well and high by the time a big picture was completed! This was done by laying down a layer of Chartpak then filling in the details with Prismacolor pencils (size is 10x15).
This is one of my earlier pieces, done when I was 18 in 1988. The paper is still white and the colours are still almost as good as when new. I think. Well, since my memories are yellowed with age, how would I know?
