Well, I am not posting regularly on this blog, have my own blog in spanish and I am just not creative enough to keep two at the same time!
Anyways, this is the "Oscar Clip" moment of the blog. Pull out your handkerchiefs and get ready for some mushy time.
Thank you guys! A week ago the forum seemed empty, with the absence of many of the forum backbones leaving a noticeably gap. This is by no means that there are no good new posters out there (yes Eric, that includes you...
) But there just wasn't enough of the old ones as to maintain the same atmosphere this forum used to have. We discussed it with Muzza, but we just didn't know what to do, or if we should do anything, for a start. Then Muzza came with the idea of making a thread about the situation. We weren't too optimistic.
Surprisingly enough, it did work. I am terribly happy and unfairly proud about it. Not only because of the level of the forum, after all guys like DOF and Eric could still provide us with the high level discussion. There are some nice additions, too (I learned my lesson, I am not gonna give names because I will surely forget to mention somebody and that person will feel left out). But besides the great level of F1 arguments I had the pleasure to read in the past, I also met the most wonderful group of friends online. And each one has a very, very distinctive personality. You do the mental excercise...browse through the name of the memebrs of the forum you recall, and think about their personalities...each one very different from another and all of them very inetersting. This is a unique mix, would be a shame to lose it!
So...welcome aboard the great new members, welcome back the old ones too. Let's all get drunk and naked now! Ok, just me and the ladies! You guys can wait outside!
