It's been an amazing year past, this time last year I was just begining to recover from cancer treatments and F1 was a far away thought not high on the list of things important in life. now F1 is in the midst of a lot of changes, a new WDC that already is going to jump ship next year (sounds like NASCAR) Drivers with things to prove to their fans and teams and maybe a new team on the grid that sounds like a video game.
A big thanks to Monza(Russ) and Ken for joining up on these forums, it's nice to have a few more old timers on board
I was going to rant about the world, but after being so close to dying I just see things differently, thanks to my family for keeping me grounded

By this I mean that other than the pass put on Alonso by Montoya which by the why was poorly covered on the tele. wtf no incar footage?? it seamed as if the director had his head inverted as I'm sure there was some good fights on the track---maybe it's just me
Have to say it was nice seeing someone else win other than Fernando if just not to see Flavio slobbering all over himself. I wonder how much Jarno is getting paid to be a mobile road-block?? My Ferrari's continue to disapoint as they are clearly 1-2 seconds a lap slower--just not their year but I fear not as they will be back on top in the future i'm sure.

it always amazes me how people have such strong opions on F1 and their favorite teams and drivers and how intolarnt they are of others, believe me as a Ferrari fan i've been subject to all types of invective, but like a duck I let it roll off my back unless someone says you don't know squat about F1.

I've been going to live races since 1968 and F1 since 1978 and i've seen many of the '70's on greats and not so greats, driver and teams both.

While there are few drivers I've had a dislike for and that has mostly to do with fan type inter-action as in drivers that shine you on when you say "hey" to them, or at meet and greets when they are clearly annoyed at being there, they forget who pays the bills the FANS!! But no mater the driver if he's made it to F1 he has skill that most would die for, and while there are exceptional drivers out there that could drive a garbage truck to the front there are other drivers that get stuck in crap cars that would try most mens souls that only Superman could bring to the front.
