rodders47 2 Report post Posted January 21, 2015 I think YES. It seems logical to me that Hass would take on the 2014 car and of course the $50 million owed to Marusia for 2014 and it would give Hass a much better insight into F1 racing. Like what has he got to loose???
Emmcee 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2015 That is true, but I can't see it happening tbh. I know the just cancelled the auction, but didnt they already have one and flog some stuff of already?
rodders47 2 Report post Posted January 21, 2015 yes but Hass bought a lot of the stuff and the cars are still available along with the design for 2015 so I guess anything is possible.
Emmcee 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2015 True but it would be a sinking ship, anyone would have to be out of there mind to buy it and attempt to run it so soon. There's just no way they could iron out all the bugs.
Jem of the Shire 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2015 Best case scenario is using the 2014 car, so they'd be woefully uncompetitive even if they do make it to Melbourne. And I thought Haas wanted to base his team in USA? Must admit I haven't read the news story yet.
