Grooveless slicks , I for one like change and the grooved tyres were an unwelcome change yet the teams found how to make them work , so now in 2009 they are being made to go back to slicks . My biggest problem with slicks is where will the white stripe go how will I know if a team is on soft or hard compounds .
To be honest with all the money saving rules there are still only have ten teams racing , how is it helping ?

There's no such thing as cost savings. And FIA measures don't help things, the mess F1 is in right now is because of these measures to "improve things".
