Mid-January launch for Toyota and BMW Sauber
Toyota and BMW Sauber are the first two teams to confirm launch dates for their 2009 cars.
Toyota is to reveal its next car, to be called the TF109, on 16th January, probably at its Cologne headquarters in Germany.
It is believed Toyota was the team referred to by Ron Dennis during a press conference at Interlagos, when the McLaren boss revealed that 'there is one team that does not intend' to begin the 2009 season with a KERS system fitted to its cars. "I don't think it's in doubt that everybody else will have it," he added.
Dennis' comments are said to have annoyed Toyota and some of his other fellow team bosses, as Toyota's plans had been divulged in a confidential meeting of the FOTA alliance.
BMW Sauber will launch its 2009 car a few days after Toyota, on 20th January, when it unveils the F1.09 at the Ricard Tormo circuit in Valencia, Spain.

I'm sure all the big teams will launch in January, with one or two in February, and a few in March. Because it's always that way.

Because you asked, it can.

There have probably been worse, but that's the first to come to mind. You know how hard it is to find a hat to buy when your favorite driver races that POS?

My boy's had a fair share of pink ones, and they happen to be the best liveries he runs all year, which says a lot
Of course now he's so old he drives the Liberty Medical car.
I think the ugliest F1 car livery-wise that comes to mind is...the current Renault. There, I said it. I can't be biased. I hate it. If it wasn't for the blue I'd like it but the blue just makes me hate it. TOO MANY DAMN COLORS IN ALL THESE RANDOM PLACES!!!!!!!!! Where is Mild Seven? I want it back.

Williams with 09 Front and Rear Wings
They aren't anything we haven't really seen, but that drawing for the "Ferrari" looks awful sharp to me.

Nope, both are Bobby Labonte. Kulwicki ran the Zerex car and the Hooters car. The only special paint scheme he had that I can remember is during the Persian Gulf War when they ran the 1991 Daytona 500 RJ Reynolds Tabacco funded special support the troops schemes for unsponsored drivers (Kulwicki had just lost Zerex). Alan had the Army car.

Well, I was making a subtle reference to the best known secret in NASCAR at that time - his sexual preference.
BTW, he was Polish and pronounced his name [Koolvitzky]. I know because one of my then friends was friends with his then crew chief, who, on occasion, would hang out with us in Scranton before Pocono races.
