I found this one recently in a more "artistic" collection of nudes and semi-nudes.  I honestly don't think it has a S & M connotation but I may be wrong, in which case I apologize beforehand.  I just think the lighting shows off her great legs and back side.

Yes the lighting is truly wonderful.  But is the S&M connotation anything to do with her being decapitated?
