I like it.  Nice proportions.  Much better than the Volvo-square box car they had last year.

And if lines are anything to go by, it looks just as nice as the Ferrari....

The engine upgrade should help them too.  Points this year? I think so....

There's also a shot of it in the team workshop.  Looks tidy.  (This coming from someone that doesn't usually rate Gazza's creations)

Best of the Loti.

And best on the grid so far.

If it weren't for the drivers, the sponsors, and Mike Gascoyne, I could get behind this team. ;)

Looking good. Kovi said it felt a lot better just on the installation lap they ran this morning, so hopefully they can run strongly this year.

You mean the roll hoop? Just an aero device I think.

That bar splitting the airbox.  I don't think that counts as a roll hoop since it isn't a hoop.

To me, a roll hoop is like this on the turbocharged cars.

But, if they call that bar a roll hoop in F1, then, yes, that's what I was talking about.  Never seen that done before.

It was first seen on the Mercedes around Barcelona last year:

Obviously it is a safety concern, because you can imagine if a car was upside down in a gravel trap, it wouldn't really act as a roll hoop. So that's why some have been banned, but 1Malaysia's complies with the regulations.

Word has it that although it (the spike "roll hoop") complies with the regulations it was agreed among many engineers that in the event of an accident it certainly offers less protection. Interesting to see if the FIA step in on that one.
