“We keep on working, we do our thing,” Vettel shouts over the team radio, “We are who we are!”
"Vettel is a champion. That’s not referring to his achievements, but rather to his approach to everything he does. He wins. All the time. His preparation is meticulous, his attention to detail reminiscent of Michael Schumacher at his peak, and his performance on the track is almost always flawless. Vettel is capable only of domination. He knows no other way... Vettel is not in Formula One to be liked. He is there to win. And in the words of Ayrton Senna, perhaps the greatest of all Formula One drivers, “Nice men don’t win.”"

A great many changes within the team on the engineering side and the driving side. It's almost as though Williams are back in the late 70's when they first started as a team and they've got it all to prove once more.
I am not a fan of the direction that Adam Parr and the exec board of Williams appear to be taking the team. The impression I get is that they are looking at it more as a business strategy and getting companies such as Randstaad involved in the workings of the company as a whole. People performing to KPI's and having assessments with their line manager to discuss their career path and training programmes to help them develop and be a more rounded individual to add to the overall synergie of the organisation. Someone stop me as I'm starting to spout the Sh#t that these individuals churn out daily to people who just want to get on with their job and know more about it than some sharp suited clown with a fancy presentation and a PHd in carpet bagging. Frank needs to get hold of the team to stop the rot. Back to basics; your a F1 racing team first and foremost, don't lose sight of that and if Adam Parr or anyone else approaches you with a new organisational behaviour study that detracts from making the car faster show them the door.

I'm indifferent to the drivers, but it'd be nice to see Williams get some strong results this year, particularly with Bruno.

(I'm actually dead serious).
Anyway, the car's perfect because it looks about as underwhelming as I suspect it will go.

I think, in the end, I got used to most designs no matter how horrible they seemed at first.
Except for Honda's "Earth Car" a.k.a. "Ohmygosh I think I ran over Shrek with my blue car!". That one still gives me nightmares.

Welcome aboard. I was kind of hoping "omgwtf massa" was some kind of opposition to me as a member.
I'm not sure it will be make or break for them, given their driver lineup, but even more given the fact I think their make or break year passed around the time I started watching and they sure as s*** didn't make it.

The only thing more predictable than people asking whether it's a make or break year for Williams is people asking if it is finally Williams' year.
No to both questions.
