This car looks different and it really looks good, at least to me, this is the best I've seen so far.

I just always end up disagreeing with you guys because of all the huge exaggerations, myths, theories & unjustified statements

Lewis Hamilton:
I never go with expectations, I go with a target. That is to be at the front, and the ultimate aim to win, which is the mentality I have always gone racing with.
You've got to be on the limit all the time - and I love that, because that's how I love to race.

We keep on working, we do our thing, Vettel shouts over the team radio,We are who we are!

"Vettel is a champion. That’s not referring to his achievements, but rather to his approach to everything he does. He wins. All the time. His preparation is meticulous, his attention to detail reminiscent of Michael Schumacher at his peak, and his performance on the track is almost always flawless. Vettel is capable only of domination. He knows no other way... Vettel is not in Formula One to be liked. He is there to win. And in the words of Ayrton Senna, perhaps the greatest of all Formula One drivers, “Nice men don’t win.”"

As I don't like to be exposed as the F1 fraud I am, with no knowledge whatsoever about cars which makes every launch quite embarrassing for me, as I find all cars the same, I will give you my opinion  on this soooooooo different F-138. Ahem!

First, you will notice the aggressive approach with the color. Ferrari has decided to expand on Lotus concept and use red over most of the car. They also opted for the quadruple tires system that has given so good results in the past. They toyed for some days with the idea of placing them all on one side of the car, but finally they decided to copy RBRs idea of 2 wheels in each side. "We believe that was what made last year's RBR a winner" said a Ferrari's top designer.

They also...hey!!! Non-stepped nose!!! I noticed some change!!! HA!!!
"There is more stupidity than hydrogen in the Universe, and it has a longer shelf life" - Frank Zappa

"Great drivers are the ones who win the races they're not supposed to" - K.Chandhok

"On the rare occasions that I play a racing game I often think ‘you know what this needs? A boss battle or two.’ A Formula One game in which, suddenly, everybody else has a monster truck and their sole desire is to squash you. A street racing game with a tank or two blowing the roads and buildings to bits. A Nascar game with a track that occasionally bends to the right" (Adam Smith - RPS)

Blunt nose on the front....looks like some grouper fish swimming along with it's mouth open.

Ferrari appear to have followed Marussia in their colour scheme this year so as to blend in with the Marussians since that is where they will be....hehehe

Basically a paint job and a bit of plastic over the bump in the nose.

After reading Domenicalli's comments on the F-138 I no longer feel like I was missing something important regarding the car's development:

Quote

“It is more beautiful,” agreed team principal Stefano Domenicali after the wraps came off at the Maranello factory

Somehow I don't think that should have been the development focus. But what do I know, anyways!

Any particular reason the ends of the sidepods aren't in color?  Trying to hide something?

They did this in Toyota's Köln facility, right?  Still surprised a team associated with Luca di Montezemelo had wind issues.

The Mclaren was also a creation of the Toyota facility. So it'll be interesting to see how these two cars in particular compare when they go racing. So far, it seems the Mclaren has impressed tech-heads more but the Ferrari has some positive points.

One can clearly see how the nose was raised(with or without step nose) and the hectic intricate change to the rear bodywork... the exhaust etc
