Williams have Merc engines and say that they don't have the same power as the Factory team, so would this be the same for Red Bull ? One would think that if you bought an engine/power unit then what you have is as good as the factory but these power units are so complicated that having the availability to access the source code of the computers can be the Achilles heal in the system. And to be able to use this power unit in 2016 then a hell of a lot of info would need to be disclosed very soon so that the 216 Red Bull car can be drawn. Some would just have a better source than others, of course that just would be a bonus on what you learned through the season based on performance and see a direction certain teams may go and make a prediction on that.
