Technical specifications BMW P84 engine
New engine regulations represented a challenge to the BMW WilliamsF1 Team. Take a close look at the technical specifications of the BMW P84.  

Type: Normally aspirated V10

Cylinder angle: 90 degrees

Displacement: 2,998 cc

Cylinders: Four valves per cylinder

Valve drive: Pneumatic

Engine block: Aluminium

Cylinder head: Aluminium

Crankshaft: Steel

Oil system: Dry sump lubrication

Engine management: BMW

It will be interesting, when they are released (read: calculated by the media) the specs of weight, max power, max rpm and max torque.  To compare with last year, and even next year, the second year of the new regs.
