Pictures De La Nascar

The best part of NASCAR: if you pay enough money, you can go into the pits/garage and get up close to the cars. F1 don't let you do that, now do they?
Anyway, the pics were taken on a Motorola KRZR cell phone, so not that good. The brightness was on very high as I couldn't see what I was taking a picture of otherwise, so pardon that as well. I took many more, these are just the good ones.
Ryan Newman's showcar in the paddock
Denny Hamlin's car in the garage, being pushed from tech inspection
Paul Menard's car, the brightness killed this shot
Tony Raines' car
Dale Earnhardt, Jr (aka Joonyer)'s car
Reed Sorenson (JPM's teammate)'s car
Pink Bunny on yellow car...
Tony Stewart
Kasey Kahne's crash cart from a weird angle
Ricky Rudd's car
Jeremy Mayfield's car in the garage
Team Red Bull's spare snout
Ward Burton's car on pit road
The race that turned it around, Michael Waltrip on pit road (all three MWR cars qualified for a rare change)
Johnny Sauter's car
Brian Vickers' car
Bobby Labonte's pit cart
The most famous number in NASCAR
Labonte's spare nose, in Petty Blue
Labonte's tires
Hope you enjoyed them, once again sorry for the poor quality.

Seriously though there's some nice pics there Eric, F1 should defo let fans get this close.

But yeah, it would be cool if other series did this. Really worth the $1250 for tickets for 5, though...hanging out a race track from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM is just really fun, even if I don't like NASCAR.

"Giancarlo, you are still two seconds a lap slower than Fernando, this cannot be possible you have the same fuel load, I know you have some understeer but you cannot be two seconds slower, COME ON"!!!! - Alan Permane, Fisichellas race engineer, 2006 Australian Grand Prix
"We're lucky we don't build aeroplanes" - Mark Webber on Red Bulls reliability issues at the Australian Grand Prix 2008.

Yes, I'm often told I'm a lucky b#####d, I attend the two biggest motorsport events in Australia every year!!!
I've got the camera situation covered. Two camera's and four batteries* and that's just me.
*reason for the overload on batteries is because we are camping so no chance of recharging them!!!
