Marussia missed the final three races in 2014 after they went into administration

The revived Manor Marussia team have been named on a 10-team entry list for the start of the 2015 Formula 1 season.

The list, which does not include the failed Caterham team, said Manor F1, who raced as Marussia last season, would compete with Ferrari engines.

The team, which has to pass a crash test next week, were rescued from administration and have named Britain's Will Stevens as one of their drivers.

They missed the last three races of the 2014 season.

Stevens, 23, will need to hold a super-licence to compete in F1 and the team will need to fully comply with 2015 regulations before they can be cleared to take part in the season-opening Australian Grand Prix on 15 March.

The main investor behind the revival of the Manor Marussia team is Stephen Fitzpatrick, boss of energy firm Ovo.

Former Sainsbury's supermarkets boss, Justin King, will also be involved in the running of the team but is not an investor.

Fitzpatrick secured the deal for the team using his personal finance and has arranged deals with the team's two biggest creditors, Ferrari and McLaren, to ensure their continued support for the 2015 season.

The official freight leaves for Melbourne at the end of next week and the identity of the team's second driver is unknown.
