Ricciardo to test for Red Bull at Silverstone

Daniel Ricciardo will drive for Red Bull on Wednesday at the Silverstone young driver test. Ricciardo is one of three drivers being considered by the team as a 2014 replacement for Mark Webber, along with his Toro Rosso team mate Jean-Eric Vergne and Lotus’s Kimi Raikkonen.Changes to the conditions for this week’s three-day test allowing teams to use race drivers to trial Pirelli’s revised tyres mean Red Bull will field Ricciardo on Wednesday afternoon, Webber on Thursday afternoon, and Sebastian Vettel on Friday afternoon.
