Red Bull’s Mark Webber and Lotus’s Kimi Raikkonen will no longer be driving at this week’s Silverstone test following tweaks to their respective teams’ driver programmes.Webber had been scheduled to try out the revised Pirelli tyres on Thursday afternoon, but his slot will now be taken by Toro Rosso’s Daniel Ricciardo who was previously due to test the RB8 on Wednesday afternoon. Antonio Felix da Costa will now continue in the Red Bull for the entirety of Wednesday, as well as on Thursday morning.
