Kamui Kobayashi has criticised the tendency for some Formula 1 teams to prefer money to talent as he targets a return to the sport in 2014. Kobayashi raced in the sport between 2009 and 2012, finishing on the podium in Japan last season. This year Kobayashi is racing for Ferrari in the World Endurance Championship.
