Kovalainen could return to Caterham in 2014
Heikki Kovalainen could make a return to Formula 1 with Caterham in 2014, team owner Tony Fernandes admitted to Autosport. The Finnish driver drove for the upstart in 2010 when it first joined the sport and continued until last season when he was dropped in favour of a completely new line-up consisting of Charles Pic and Giedo van der Garde. However both of Caterham's current drivers are out of contract at the end of the year and Kovalainen, according to Fernandes, is in the frame to replace one. "Absolutely [he could return].
