Vettel maintains advantage in FP2 in India

October 25th, 2013 (F1Plus / Chris Cameron-Dow) - Sebastian Vettel continued to dominate the Indian Grand Prix weekend by setting the fastest time in the second practice session. Mark Webber in the second Red Bull was second fastest, as he was in first practice this morning. Romain Grosjean completed the top three for Lotus. The session was characterised by front tyre graining and understeer. Many drivers complained of understeer on their team radios, and when the soft tyres were used, the fronts in particular wore out very quickly. Nico Hulkenberg pitted after a few laps on his soft tyres, and onboard footage showed massive graining on the surface of his left-front tyre. The soft tyres...
