Matt Parry is 25th McLaren Autosport Award winner

Welshman Matt Parry became the 25th winner of the prestigious McLaren Autosport BRDC Award, capping a successful season that saw him crowned as Formula Renault NEC champion in his first international single-seater campaign.The 19-year old, who dominated the NEC with Fortec Motorsport, received the accolade at the annual Autosport Awards ceremony in the heart of London, following several days of on-track assessment at Silverstone and interviews at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking.As well as winning £100,000, full membership of the British Racing Drivers' Club and an Arai GP-6 RC carbon helmet, Parry will also get a full F1 test at the wheel of a McLaren at some point in the...
